Official : Blackburn Rovers And Dickson Etuhu Go Their Separate Ways
With a brief statement on its official website, Blackburn Rovers has announced that the club has mutually terminated the contract binding them with Nigeria international Dickson Etuhu.<br /><br />Assuming the two parties did not shred the agreement, the central midfielder would have remained at Ewood Park until the summer of 2016.<br /><br />During the two years he spent at Blackburn Rovers, injuries curtailed his appearances to 23 matches in the Championship, and 3 of those came in the 2013 - 2014 campaign.<br /><br />Dickson Etuhu started his professional career with Manchester City before moving to Preston North End, Norwich City, Sunderland and Fulham in that order.<br /><br />The 32 - year - old represented Nigeria at the 2010 World Cup, playing all the group matches against Argentina, Greece and South Korea.<br />
