Nigeria Under 20 international Chidiebere Nwakali is on the verge of completing a loan move to IK Start from Premiership giants Manchester City, the Norwegian Tippeligaen side have officially reported.<br /><br />After attaining the age of majority, the defensive midfielder failed to secure a work permit that will enable him play in England and was subsequently shipped out on loan by the Etihad outfit to Malaga before joining another Spanish club Girona last summer.<br /><br />&ldquo;I&nbsp; think it will be a good experience for me , I can see that people here are good people so I am here to give my best,&rdquo; Nwakali told IK Start&rsquo;s official webpage.<br /><br />&ldquo;I am a box to box midfielder , I am good at winning the ball and creating chances.<br /><br />&nbsp;&ldquo;I do not know much about the Norwegian league, but I know it&rsquo;s a good place to start for young players .
