2010 Eredivisie champions FC Twente have announced the signing of ex Flying Eagles striker Michael Olaitan on loan from Greek powerhouse Olympiakos. <br /><br />The 22 - year - old will remain at the De Grolsch Veste, Enschede until the end of the 2015 - 2016 season.<br /><br />Speaking after the transfer was completed, Olaitan said to Twente&rsquo;s official website : &ldquo;For me, this move to FC Twente, a beautiful new step in my career. <br /><br />&ldquo;After discussions with my family, I have deliberately chosen this club. The Dutch football suits me, but also the tactics of FC Twente. <br /><br />The facilities of the club and the atmosphere impress very much. I hope to score for the club a lot.&rdquo;<br /><br />Michael Olaitan spent the second portion of last season on loan at Super League side Ergotelis to get some games under his belt, having fully recovered after that unfortunate incident against Panathinaikos.<br /><br />He still has a contract with Olympiakos until the end of the 2016 - 2017 campaign.<br /><br />Photo Credit : fctwente.nl<br />
