Kirby, 24, was one of the best players in the Chelsea women set-up last season, scoring 25 goals in all competitions and also picked up the PFA Women's Player of The Year Award.
"It's a massive step for me to commit to Chelsea, but one which I didn't hesitate to make. I've really enjoyed my time here – the staff have shown such faith in me and rewarding me with this new contract is amazing,'' she told Chelsea's official website.
Nigerian-born striker Eniola Aluko meanwhile ended her association with the club after winning a league and cup double with the club last term.
