Through a press release, Norwegian First Division club Sogndal have announced the signing of Osita Henry Chikere until the end of the 2015 campaign.<br /><br />The 24 - year - old began this season at Viking but has decided to seek pastures new due to his lack of first team opportunities.<br /><br />Indeed, the attacker made only 5 appearances for the Tippeligaen club this season, with only 44 minutes of game time under his belt.<br /><br />The highlight of his performance this season was scoring five goals in the 9 - 0 hammering of IL Varegg in the second round of the Norwegian Cup.<br /><br />Osita Chikere trained with Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol in January but nothing came out of it.<br /><br />Photo Credit : sogndalfotball.no<br />
