Heart Surgery Reports Rubbished By Michael Eneramo

Nigeria international Michael Eneramo has rubbished reports in the local media that claimed he underwent heart surgery on Saturday at Acibadem Hospital.
The 27 - year - old attacker had meniscectomy surgery, a surgical procedure to remove torn cartilage in the knee, on Saturday, and is expected to be out of action for between 4- 5 weeks if his rehabilitation goes according to plan.
BBC journalist Oluwashina Okeleji said on Twitter : ''Nigeria striker Mike Eneramo denies surgery report. New Besiktas signing told me : ''Had a meniscus surgery and not heart surgery as reported.''
It is believed that Besiktas have reached an agreement in principle with Michael Eneramo, but a formal announcement can not be made until the Medical Department of the Turkish Federation give its approval .
The former Esperance golden boy has netted 29 goals in 79 matches since his arrival in Turkey in the winter of 2011.
