Stephen Keshi Names Roster For Trip To Abidjan
Published: July 24, 2013Nigeria gaffer Stephen Keshi on Wednesday announced a final 18 - man roster for the return leg CHAN qualifier against the Elephants of Cote d' Ivoire holding this weekend in Abidjan.
Six players that had been training with the squad will not make the trip to the commercial capital of Cote d' Ivoire
Injured striker Gambo Mohammed, Ganiyu Ogungbe, Haruna Babalo, Jiya Mohammed, Dele Olorundare, Ezekiel Bassey will not board the plane to Abidjan on Thursday.
The domestic Eagles won the first leg played in Kaduna 4 - 1 and can qualify for the competition in South Africa next year if they win the reverse tie or don't lose by more than two goals.
