The 19 - year - old will depart Abuja to start training with Chelsea on Wednesday night or latest Thursday.
'' Kenneth called me on Monday to inform me that he has been granted a work permit by the authorities.
'' He had been waiting to get the green-light from the British embassy before leaving to start training with Chelsea.
