Women's Ranking : Falcons Remain Best In Africa
Published: August 02, 2013The Falcons of Nigeria are 32nd in the latest Women's World Ranking of the game's governing body Fifa.
With 1622 points, compared to the last ranking, Nigeria's position is unchanged, but the 8 - time champions of Africa remain the best team on the continent.
Cameroon, Ghana , South Africa, Equatorial Guinea , Ivory Coast and Morocco in that order are the best ranked African teams.
The United States continue to top the ranking followed by Germany, Japan and Brazil.
The next world ranking will be revealed by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com on 13 December 2013.
