Akeem Latifu Delighted To Make Aalesund Debut

Former Nigeria youth international Akeem Latifu was clearly delighted with his league debut for Aalesund in their 3 - 1 victory over Sarpsborg 08 last weekend in the 19th round of matches in the Norwegian top division.
Manager Jan Jönsson threw the 23 - year - old fullback into the fray after Demar Phillips got injured in the 17th minute.
'' I am very happy to debut for AaFK and want to thank the manager for his trust. I only signed for the club last Friday and 48 hours was on the pitch.
'' I think I enjoyed myself on the pitch and want to continue doing my best for this club in their push to qualify for Europe.
