The Daily Mirror says he was scouted by manager Brendan Rodgers when MK Dons played a thrilling 3 - 3 draw with Wigan Athletic last weekend in the third round of the FA Cup.
Alli has also attracted the attention of big guns Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea.
17 - year - old Ali - capped by England at youth level - has netted 1 goal in 13 League 1 games.
