Queen Ejovwo Dreams Of Qatari Women Premier League Title
Published: January 19, 2014Delta born defender, Ejovwo Queen produced a fine defensive display that confirmed her as one of the best central defenders against Al Ahli Ladies in Qatar Women Premier League.
The former FCT Queens, Confluence Queens and Bobruichanka defence warriors was in form alongside fellow Nigerian pal Chioma Nwankwo in the 2-0 win.
After the match, Queen, claimed that Al Arabi SC can go on and win the league title.
“It’s massively important to keep the winning spirit, which I think we are capable of doing,” the one-goal heroine told her official website ejovwoqueen.blogspot.com.
“When the positive result is achieved then the confidence to build a solid run is always there, hopefully the league title is a possibility.”
Al Arabi Ladies have a tough task when they take-on Al Sadd on 22nd January, 2014.
