Unrepentant Harmony Ikande To Be Hammered For Missing Training Camp
Ivan Shufrych, CEO of  FC Hoverla Uzhhorod,  is vocally displeased with the non arrival of Harmony Ikande to Antalya, Turkey, where the team is fine-tuning strategies ahead of the resumption of the Ukrainian Premier League.

Even the first training camp that was also held in Turkey, Harmony Ikande was nowhere to be found and his club have threatened that they will discipline him internally.

The midfielder had earlier claimed that he had encountered difficulties processing a visa to Turkey.

“Unfortunately, he still has not appeared in the location of the team.

“We have repeatedly appealed directly to Ikande and to his agent with the requirement to report for training camp, but no concrete explanation for his absence we have received,”Ivan Shufrych told the official website.

He continued : “The reason he is not in the training camp we do not exactly know.

“Therefore, the leadership of the club will take harsh disciplinary actions on the player and may also free the player through absenteeism.

“Especially for Ikande this is not the first such misconduct.”

Harmony Ikande has recorded 10 appearances in the Ukrainian championship so far this season.
