Versatile Fegor Ogude Hoping To Make Super Eagles Provisional Roster

Amkar Perm midfielder Fegor Ogude has flourished in the Russian Premier League this season, netting 3 goals in his first 5 matches while playing as an attacker.
Despite the 26 - year - old failing to make the last few rosters, the ex Warri Wolves skipper remains positive of making at least the provisional squad list to be announced by manager Stephen Keshi in the coming days.
“To get to the World Cup - my most cherished dream. And I would very much like to see my name on the list of 40 Nigerian players who will be ready to go to Brazil.
“If I fail to break into the 23 - man list, then spend this time at home in Nigeria. I will visit my parents, two sisters and four brothers.
“Maybe I’ll even ask for permission to train with Warri Wolves . I can not stay for too long without training,” Fegor Ogude told the official website of Amkar Perm.
He continued :“Last year I played for the national team in the group stage of the Africa Cup of Nations which we won and the World Cup qualifiers.
“I played in the Confederations Cup against national teams of Tahiti, Uruguay and Spain, and then I got injured.
“In the new year, I have not played for the national team, but I know that my performances in Russia is closely being followed.”
Versatile Fegor Ogude , who can slot into a defensive and attacking set up, has made 16 appearances for the Super Eagles.
