Ex-Oyo SSG, Sarafadeen Alli Floats Soccer Tourney

The soccer grassroots soccer competition instituted in name of the former Oyo State Secretary to the Government, Sarafadeen Alli has entered the final with the closing event slated for 8th February at Olubadan Stadium Ibadan.
About 32 teams drawn from Ibadan and its environ took part in the grassroots tournament that is being bankrolled by the immediate past Chairman of Oodua investment, who is noted for showing great concern for welfare of youngster in his domain.
While addressing the newsmen ahead of the final in Ibadan, the organiser of the tourney, Lobito Sports Group said Sarafadeen Alli has been sponsoring an Under-13 soccer competition for the pupils of Oyo State for the past one decade.
“The kind of love Barr. Sarafadeen Alli has for sports and welfare of pupils is awesome and he never failed to demonstrate it by associating with the course and everything that can positively benefits the younger ones”, said the spoke person of Lobito Group.
He however, promised many mouthwatering incentives such as cash prizes, trophies, jerseys, and writing materials to all the winners in the competition.
