Sylvester Igboun Scores In Test Game Against Jablonec
Published: February 08, 2015Less than a week after FC Midtjylland blocked the transfer of Sylvester Igboun to the Chinese Super League, the Nigerian forward returned to action for the Danish club in a test game.
The encounter against Czech Synot liga side FK Baumit Jablonec ended one apiece, with Igboun scoring in the 36th minute, seven minutes after Jan Kopic had opened scoring.
Sylvester Igboun and defensive midfielder Izunna Uzochukwu started and finished the contest held in The Wolves training camp in Portugal.
But there was no place in the 18 - man squad for the exciting winger Rilwan Hassan.
In their next friendly, FC Midtjylland will tackle Norwegian champions Molde at the MCH Arena on February 14.
