Frank Temile Handed One - Match Ban
Published: February 11, 2015Naxxar Lions striker Frank Temile will not feature for his new employer when they tackle a yet to be determined opponent in the second phase of the Maltese Premier League which begins in the next two weeks.
Temile was dismissed in last weekend’s match against Zebbug Rangers in the first half after picking up two yellow cards in a space of five minutes.
The former Qormi and Birkirkara man first entered referee Clayton Pisani’s notebook in the 29th minute before he was cautioned again in the 34th minute.
The 24 - year - old , who has spent two - and - a - half years in the Island Nation, had never been dismissed prior to the tie against Zebbug Rangers.
He netted 4 goals in 19 appearances for Qormi before joining Naxxar Lions.
