Daniel Chima Scores On Shanghai Shenxin Debut
Published: March 10, 2015Daniel Chima has admitted that defensive lapses were to blame for Shanghai Shenxin’s heavy loss to Shanghai Greenland Shenhua in the opening round of the Chinese Super League.
Shanghai Greenland Shenhua thrashed Shanghai Shenxin 6 - 2, with Chima scoring on his debut in the 45th minute to bring the scoreline to 3 - 1.
“The game was okay, but we made lots of defensive errors , which I know will the focus of this week’s training,” the ex Molde striker told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“One game is too early to differentiate between the Chinese League and what I experienced in Norway.”
Daniel Chima penned a two - year contract with Shanghai Shenxin in the close season, which ended his four - year association with Norwegian clubs.
