Enyimba Poster Boy, Mfon Udoh Vows To Score Against Uganda IF.........
Published: March 25, 2015Enyimba striker Mfon Udoh has watered down talk that the Super Eagles are not adequately prepared to face the Uganda national team this evening at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium.
Prior to the international friendly, the Super Eagles had two practice sessions on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, with Vincent Enyeama, who is expected to be in goal missing the first training session.
But the top scorer in the domestic championship last season has pointed out that a number of players in the squad played together in the past and will not have problems playing as a unit.
“Definitely we are going to win the game. The spirit in camp is high, we will keep the Nigerian flag flying, ” says Mfon Udoh to allnigeriasoccer.com just before the Super Eagles squad left for lunch.
“The bulk of the players have played together before. We don’t need much training, we have blended before.
“By the grace of God, if I’m given the opportunity to play today, I’ll score. ”
