Ex Romanian Based Youngster Chuma Williams Happy To Claim Top Scorer Award At Federation Cup
Published: April 06, 2015Chukson FC striker Odoh Chuma Williams was full of joy after emerging as the top goalscorer of the 2015 Ebonyi State Federation Cup with four goals in three matches.
The 20 - year - old netted the game - winner in Chukson’s 1 - 0 victory over Ambassadors FC on Saturday, scoring the decisive goal in the opening ten minutes.
“I feel great scoring in the final and being the top scorer of the Federation Cup, and it is a sign of better things ahead.
“All my goals were wonderful goal but I’ll choose the one I scored against Ebonyi United as my best.
“We suffered so much in that match until I got the decider 15 minutes to go,” Chuma Williams told allnigeriasoccer.com.
He turned out for Romanian lower division side Euro Busteni Brasov during the 2013 - 2014 season.
Red Star Belgrade loanee Ifeanyi Onyilo is a product of Chukson FC, who are based in Emene, Enugu.
