Ermis Working On Deal To Extend Ifeanyi Onyilo Stay
Published: April 27, 2015Ermis Aradippou striker Ifeanyi Onyilo is happy with his performance this season, and has revealed that his Cypriot First Division club are keen on extending his contract when it runs out in the summer.
The 24 - year - old scored his 15th goal in all competitions as Ermis shared the spoils with Apollon Limassol in the play - offs on Saturday.
“I am happy to be at this stage now, thanks to my teammates also because I can’t do it alone,” said Ifeanyi Onyilo to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“This is my highest scoring season since I moved to Europe and I believe I can do more better than this now.
“My contract expires at the end of this season, Ermis are doing their best to keep me but I can’t say for now if I’m staying or not. We will see before the end of the season.”
A product of Chukson FC, Emene, Onyilo previously appeared for Javor Ivanjica and Red Star Belgrade before shifting to Ermis last summer.
