Exclusive : Ex Lillestrom Striker Edwin Eziyodawe WILL Make Rangers Debut Against Shooting Stars
Former Lillestrom striker Edwin Eziyodawe is set to play his first game for more than six years in the Nigeria Professional Football League on Sunday afternoon.

Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that the 27 - year - old’s International Transfer Certificate was sent by the Norwegian Football Federation to the Nigerian FA last week and he could have debuted against Heartland but the internal paperwork was incomplete.

“I have signed a one - year loan deal with Enugu Rangers,” says Edwin Eziyodawe to allnigeriasoccer.com.

“I was supposed to play against Heartland last week but due to the late arrival of the ITC, NFF could not finalize it.

“I traveled with the squad to Ibadan for today’s game against Shooting Stars.”

A product of Sharks, Edwin Eziyodawe was on the brink of signing a contract with Gabros but failed to agree personal terms with the Nnewi based club.

Though the official figure remains sketchy, his move to Lillestrom in 2009 was the highest transfer fee a Norwegian club have paid for a Nigerian player from the domestic championship.
