Published: May 20, 2015
Nigeria international Ohale Osinachi , 23, is not lacking confidence ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The former United States - based defender has opined that the Falconets performance at the last Ffa Under 20s will motivate the Falcons to do well when they return to the country.
“We respect the teams in our group, but we do not fear any team,” Osinachi told thenff.com.
“As African champions, we go in there with a lot of confidence. Last year, our U-20 team did very well at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada, reaching the final.
“We are motivated by that, as well as all the efforts of the NFF on the team and the incentives by the NFF President.”
Nigeria open their campaign in in Winnipeg on June 8 against Scandinavia powerhouse Sweden before facing Australia and USA.
