Flying Eagles Coach, Manu Garba Intent On Beating Euro Champs Germany After Seeing Off Hungary

Nigeria Under 20s coach, Manu Garba, was pleased with the 2 - 0 victory over Hungary and has stressed that his charges are ready for the test against European champions Germany.
The African champions progressed to the next round of the Fifa Under 20s thanks to a brace from Kalmar trainee Taiwo Awoniyi.
“It was a very good match for us. We wanted to score more, but still I’m happy with the 2-0 result,” Manu Garba told reporters in his post- match comments.
“The Hungarians play more from the wings but we were able to control the game and the outcome.
“Our next game is against Germany but we are ready for any team, because if we want to be champions we have to be ready for of them. ”
The round of 16 clash against Germany comes up on Thursday at 1930 hours local time at Christchurch Stadium, Christchurch.
