Flying Eagles Goalie Joshua Enaholo : I Was In A Really Bad State After Brazil Match
Published: June 08, 2015Flying Eagles goalkeeper Joshua Enaholo has redeemed himself after conceding four goals in Nigeria’s loss to Brazil in their opener at the Fifa Under 20 World Cup a week ago.
The MFM shot - stopper has not picked the ball from own net for more than three hours, with Brazilian Under 20s striker Judivan the last player to breach his defense.
Enaholo admitted that he was disappointed with his performance against the South Americans and had vowed to make amends against North Korea and Hungary.
“To some extent, yes. After the Brazil match, I was in a really bad state. I was desperate to make amends.
“I challenged myself to do better throughout the rest of the competition. What I did against Korea and Hungary is just the beginning,” Joshua Enaholo told fifa.com.
Enaholo concluded by saying that Nigeria will be ready to take on the Germans even though he admitted that the European champions are a good team.
