Angelo Ogbonna Uncle Vows To Arrest Flying Eagles Coach Manu Garba Over =N=500,000 Advance Fee Fraud
Published: June 15, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm beyond reasonable doubt that former Catania player Prince Ogbonna has threatened to arrest Flying Eagles coach, Manu Garba, if he fails to credit his bank account with the sum of =N=500,000 (equivalent of $2,500).
Prior to the 2015 Fifa Under 20 World Cup, the two parties had reached a gentleman’s agreement in principle that the under - fire Nigeria Under 20s manager would invite three of Ogbonna’s proteges to the Flying Eagles camp.
And while Ogbonna kept to the pact, Manu Garba failed to honour the agreement despite receiving the money via a cash deposit.
A top source told allnigeriasoccer.com : “There is no way Manu Garba can deny this one. Prince Ogbonna sent one of the boys that was supposed to be invited for the training camp to make the deposit.
“He is now in Italy but has promised to arrest Manu Garba when he returns to the country. He wants the money returned to his account.”
Manu Garba was contacted to hear his side of the story but he failed to pick up his calls and did not respond to our text messages as at the time of this report.
