Nwankwo Kanu Canvasses Support For Oliseh, Eulogizes Keshi
Published: July 16, 2015Nwankwo Kanu has celebrated the appointment of ex Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Sunday Oliseh as the new coach of the Super Eagles by the Nigeria Football Federation.
The ex Arsenal striker also thanked former manager Stephen Keshi for his contribution to the national team before he was shown the exit door.
“Congratulations Sunday Oliseh , wish you all the best, God will be with you, ” said Nwankwo Kanu on Twitter.
“Let’s give him support he needs to make our team the best in the world.
“Thank you Keshi Big Boss. Good or bad you are a hero and legend. We all have to give back to Nigeria, so let’s support and make our team the best.”
Nwankwo Kanu debuted for the Super Eagles in a tune - up game against Sweden ahead of the 1994 World Cup.
