Chelsea defeated French champions Paris Saint-Germain on penalties on match day three of the International Champions Cup in Charlotte.
Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s first-half strike was cancelled out by Victor Moses in the 65th minute after the Nigerian was set up by Spain national - teamer Cesc Fabregas.
For the second straight game in pre - season, manager Jose Mourinho handed starting spots to John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses, with Dominic Solanke and Ola Aina making the bench.
Chelsea prevailed 6- 5 on penalties, with Courtois scoring the final spot kick.
