Osmanlispor Release Umar Aminu For Olympic Team Clash Vs Congo
Published: July 28, 2015Osmanlispor striker Umar Aminu has started training with the Olympic National Team ahead of their trip to Pointe Noire for the African Under 23 Championship qualifier against Congo this weekend.
Despite the date of the game falling outside Fifa’s window for international matches, the newly promoted Super Lig club allowed one of their important players depart the training camp after reaching an agreement with him.
“I am already with them in camp, I arrived for the game on Monday, ” says Umar Aminu to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Osmanlispor are aware I am with the national team. That is not a problem as long as I keep my own side of the agreement.
“I will return to join the club immediately after the game.”
It would be recalled that Osmanlispor failed to release Umar Aminu for the last away match played by the Dream Team VI against Zambia in April.
