Super Eagles Hold Final Training Session Before Showdown With Cameroon
Published: October 10, 2015
The Super Eagles conducted their final training session on Saturday afternoon before their international friendly against Les Lions Indomptables on Sunday night at the Edmond Machtens Stadion in Brussels.
Unlike Friday’s workout that was more or less a recovery session, today’s training was high tempo and very intensive.
The players were split into two groups and put through their paces under the guidance of coach Sunday Oliseh and his Belgian assistant Jean Francois Losciuto.
Goalkeeper Carl Ikeme, who is expected to start against Cameroon, underwent specific training, with the sharp shooters in the team testing him from distance.
