Super Eagles Thrash Cameroon 3 - 0 In Friendly
The Super Eagles won their second friendly in Belgium on Sunday night, securing a comprehensive 3 - 0 win over African powerhouse Cameroon.

Nigeria were clearly the better of the two teams in the first half but Sunday Oliseh’s charges had to wait until the 39th minute before their first goal, when Celtic defender Efe Ambrose rose highest to nod past Fabrice Ondou off a free kick by Mikel.

Two minutes out of intermission, Cameroon’s skipper Stephane Mbia was yellow - carded for the second time in the game for a harsh challenge on Sylvester Igboun and had to take the walk of shame.

With a man advantage, the Super Eagles continued to dominate, with Obi Mikel running the show in midfield and their persistence paid off on the hour mark when Moses Simon made it 2 - 0.

Off an Ahmed Musa pass, the speedy Gent winger cut inside with his right foot before finishing with his left.

Three minutes from time, it was substitute Odion Ighalo’s turn to get in on the act, with the Watford star heading past the goalkeeper after Echiejile sent in a low cross into the box.
