Influential Defender Ulises Torres Ruled Out Of Nigeria Clash

The news from Mexico’s camp is that influential Club America defender Ulises Torres has been ruled out of the clash against Nigeria after picking up two yellow cards in the knock out stages.

In the round of 16 versus Chile, the 17 - year - old was cautioned in the 14th minute and later received his second booking of the tournament against Ecuador in the 80th minute.

As for the Nigerian team,  Funsho Bamgboye will not play a part in the semi - final tie at Estadio Municipal Ester Roa Concepcion, having been booked against Australia and Brazil.

The Aspire Academy striker was ineligible for the Golden Eaglets final Group A fixture with Croatia after his dismissal in the second half of the contest against Chile.
