Granada Sporting Director Dismisses Reports Isaac Success Will Feature At Africa U - 23 Cup of Nations

Sporting Director of Granada, Juan Carlos Cordero, has repeated that Isaac Success will not be released for the Africa U - 23 Cup of Nations, amid speculations in the local media that he is one of the four foreign - based professionals that made the roster for the tournament that begins in Senegal this weekend.
It is confirmed that Club Sportif Sfaxien striker Junior Ajayi arrived in the Gambia on Sunday to link up with the Nigeria U23s, but it is understood that Success will NOT be joining him even if the deadline is extended beyond Wednesday.

Success scored his third goal of the season in the Andalusian club’s 2 - 0 win over Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
The 19 - year - old has been invited to the Dream Team several times but commitments with Granada prevented him from honouring the call ups.
