Samson Siasia Names Roster For Africa U - 23 Cup of Nations

Dream Team VI coach, Samson Siasia, has announced a 21 - player roster for the upcoming Africa U - 23 Cup of Nations in Senegal.
The headline names on the list include Golden Boot winner at the 2015 Fifa Under 17 World Cup, Victor Osimhen, and the Ultimate Strikers poster boy is joined by Liverpool loanee Taiwo Awoniyi and CS Sfaxien striker Junior Ajayi.
Yeni Malatyaspor defensive midfielder Azubuike Okechukwu also made the cut along with Oghenekaro Etebo (Warri Wolves ), Usman Mohammed ( Taraba) and Kano Pillars teenage defender Zaharaddeen Bello.
In the Nigeria Under 23s latest friendly, they were held to a 1 - 1 draw by the Under 20 National Team of Gambia, with skipper Oghenekaro Etebo opening scoring in the 53rd minute.
The Dream Team will depart their training camp in the Gambia on Thursday, November 26 ahead of their first game in the tourney against Mali on Sunday.
