Solomon Kwambe Coy Over Sunshine Stars Future
Published: December 19, 2015Super Eagles defender Solomon Kwambe remains coy over his future with Sunshine Stars, with his deal with Warri Wolves running out at the end of the 2015 season.
Injuries, to a large extent, limited his appearances for club and country over the course of the season but the right - back has revealed that he’s now in tip - top condition ahead of the start of pre - season preparations.
“My contract with Warri Wolves has expired, I was on a one - year loan. For now, I am not thinking of my contract situation or where I will be next season, ” Solomon Kwambe said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I am on holidays and after the break I will decide where to go, I am a hundred percent fit in terms of recovery.”
Kwambe, 22, was in Nigeria’s squad for the 2014 African Nations Championship but he has not been called up to camp ahead of next year’s tournament due to his lack of game time for Warri Wolves last season.
