Hope Akpan Pleased to Score Third Headed Goal Of The Season

Hope Akpan netted his third goal of the season as Blackburn Rovers defeated Middlesbrough 2-1 at Ewood Park in the Championship on Tuesday night.
The Nigeria national-teamer opened scoring for Rovers in the 47th minute , heading home past Konstantopoulos after a cross by Grimes from the left flank.
Akpan was delighted with Blackburn Rovers’s second straight win in the league and hailed the performance of Danny Graham, who was in action for 90 minutes and scored the team’s second goal.
“Back to back wins. Well done @OneRovers tonight. Danny Graham some shift lad ð��¥,” the Blackburn Rovers number 12 posted on Twitter.
Akpan has shown his aerial prowess all through this season, with his three goals in the league scored with his head at Ewood Park!
