Exclusive Documents Obtained Prove Sunday Oliseh Was NOT Paid Before He Quit
Published: March 03, 2016
Alllnigeriasoccer.com has exclusively obtained documents from the Nigeria Football Federation proving beyond a reasonable doubt that ex-Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has been paid his entitlements.
The former Juventus and Ajax Amsterdam star sent a letter to the NFF notifying them of his decision to resign exactly a week ago, only for the Federation to credit his bank account via Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Electronic Fund Transfer the following day.
“Oliseh is just a noisemaker, he is deceiving Nigerians and looking for publicity,” a source who pleaded anonymity told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We heard that he has vowed to take us to the cleaners and disgrace the Federation. But we will not allow him and with this proof of bank transfer, Nigerians can see that truly he has been paid.”
Sunday Oliseh was paid N18.5 million in total by the Nigeria Football Federation being his housing allowance and accrued wages.
The former Super Eagles skipper CAN unilaterally terminate his contract with the NFF and without giving one month notice because he was not paid for three months.
