Roma Star Mohamed Salah, Arsenal Midfielder Elneny Named In Egypt Squad To Face Nigeria
Published: March 14, 2016Egypt national team coach Héctor Cúper has announced a list of five-foreign based professionals summoned for the African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Nigeria later this month.
Roma winger Mohamed Salah headlines the list of players invited and is joined on the roster by Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny, Ahmed Hassan Kouka (Sporting Braga), Mahmoud Hassan (Anderlecht) and Amr Warda (Panetolikos).
The Pharaohs will start closed camping on Sunday, March 20 before traveling to Kaduna three days later for the encounter against the West Africans.
The final squad consisting of local-based and professionals playing overseas will be released on Tuesday.
