Nansel Selbol Scores First Professional Goal For Swope Park Rangers
Former Golden Eaglets trainee Nansel Selbol’s first professional goal came in Swope Park Rangers’ 2-1 win over Tulsa Roughnecks FC on Saturday in the United Soccer League at ONEOK Field (Tulsa, Okla.).

The 18-year-old started the game on the bench and his introduction in the 80th minute proved an inspired substitution by coach Marc Dos Santos, with the highly-rated youngster netting an insurance goal.

Selbol volleyed home from close range after he was set up by Daniel Salloi in the second minute of second-half stoppage time.

The Nigerian made his professional debut for the reserve team of Sporting Kansas in their 2-1 win over Portland Timbers II last weekend.

Swope Park Rangers will be back in action next Saturday when they face San Antonio FC in Texas.
