U21 Premier League Wrap: Aina, Tomori In Action Vs Manchester United;Ojo&Ilori Impress For Liverpool
Catch up on the performances of players of Nigerian descent in the U21 Premier League Division One and Two on Monday.

At Craven Cottage in London, Fulham lost 1-0 to leaders Derby County, with England U17 international Dennis Adeniran making his seventh appearance for the U21s. Fellow Nigerian, Elijah Adebayo, replaced him in the 63rd minute.

Sheyi Ojo and Tiago Ilori played the entirety of Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. England youth-teamer Layton Ndukwu came on for the Foxes in the 76th minute.

Ola Aina and Fikayo Tomori played the full game as Chelsea shared the spoils with Manchester United at Old Trafford .1-1 it ended.

At Carrow Road, Timi Odusina played the last 13 minutes of Norwich City’s 2-1 loss to Everton. The youngster,who is a defender, recently penned a professional contract with the Canaries.

Brighton & Hove Albion U21s were beaten 1-0 by an in-form Blackburn Rovers side at the Checkatrade.com Stadium, with Nathaniel Oseni going the distance for the homers.

West Ham Development squad made it two wins on the trot with a 1-0 victory over Stoke City at The Rush Green Stadium. Tunji Akinola started and played 90 minutes for the Hammers.
