FK Haugesund Skipper William Troost-Ekong Pleased To Net Second Goal
FK Haugesund skipper William Troost-Ekong was pleased with his team’s 8-1 rout of Stord in the Norwegian Cup on Tuesday and has now set his sights on the upcoming game in the Tippeligaen against Fred Friday’s Lillestrom.

The Super Eagles defender scored his first senior goal in March and delivered again yesterday as FKH ran riot at the Høland stadion kunstgress (Løken).

“Good 8-1 win against Stord in the Cup today, happy to get my 2nd goal of the season. Now we move on and prepare for Friday #roadtoullevaal,” Troost-Ekong said on Twitter.

“Thanks for the great support from the fans that travelled today. See you all Friday again ð #FKH.”

The 22-year-old is on loan at the Haugesund Stadion from Belgian champions Gent.
