Moses Orkuma Mulling Over Contract Extension At Al-Ahly Tripoli
Published: May 20, 2016
Nigeria youth international Moses Orkuma was happy to play a part as Al-Ahly Tripoli sealed their qualification to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup after playing out a 1-1 draw with Misr Lel Makasa in Egypt on Wednesday night.
With the midfielder’s loan agreement with the Libyan club set to run out in the coming weeks, he will not feature in the next round of the competition except he extends his stay in the capital.
“We finally qualified to the group stage of the Confederation Cup after playing 1-1 in Egypt. I have played all the games and featured for 90 minutes, ” a delighted Orkuma told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“It was not easy to qualify, they scored in the first half and we had to wait until the 85th minute before we equalized.
“For now I have not taken any decision on whether to extend my contract with Al-Ahly Tripoli. They want me to extend but I am yet to take a decision. ”
A product of Lobi Stars, Orkuma is tied to Tunisian side étoile Sportive du Sahel until the summer of 2018.
