Hannover Announce Super Eagles Hopeful Bazee Will Miss The Niedersachsen Derby
Published: April 13, 2017Super Eagles hopeful Noah Bazee has been ruled out of the derby between Hannover and Eintracht Braunschweig at the HDI-Arena on Saturday, April 15.
The support striker resumed training with Hannover on Tuesday and had an individual session the following day.
Hannover manager Andre Breitenreiter revealed at Thursday's press conference that Bazee will not be available to the team or in other words he will not be included in the 18-man squad.
The German-born player with Nigerian roots has been struggling with a knee injury in recent weeks after missing the first ten games in the 2 Bundesliga due to a hip injury.
In 13 outings in the second-tier this term, Bazee has notched six assists and found the net against FC Heidenheim on game week 15.
