Cameroon National Team GK Humiliated Again By Nigerian Striker, Concedes 3 Goals
Published: August 25, 2017Rosenborg new boy Samuel Adegbenro is firing on all cylinders after his transfer to the Norwegian powerhouse this month, with the striker scoring again in the Europa League on Thursday night.
The former Viking young star, dubbed the Norwegian League's Neymar by the Scandinavian media, hopped off the bench in the 68th minute, before bagging a brace as Rosenborg beat last season's finalist Ajax Amsterdam 3-2 to progress to the group stage of the Europa League.
This is the third time in one week that Adegbenro has found the net, with Cameroon national team goalkeeper André Onana in between the pipes for Ajax Amsterdam.
Onana was part of the Indomitable Lions squad at the 2017 Confederations Cup, and is expected to be in their traveling party to Nigeria next week for the World Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles.
His cousin, goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa of Sevilla B, should get the nod from manager Hugo Broos, as he has started the national team's last eleven competitive matches.
