Four Nigerian Starlets Offered New Contracts By Arsenal
Published: January 18, 2018With clubs permitted to make a decision on their scholarship intakes in January, Premier League side Arsenal have offered new deals to four promising players of Nigerian descent.
Jeorge Bird writes on his blog that Bukayo Saka, Armstrong Okoflex, Arthur Okonkwo and Ryan Alebiosu will be first-year scholars at the Gunners next season if they accept the offer from the club.
Saka is a winger, Okoflex a striker, Okonkwo a goalkeeper while Alebiosu is a midfielder.

Goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo, who is an England U17 international, has been invited by Arsene Wenger to train with the first team at least two times this season.
The 16-year-old has been in goal twice for the U18s in the league and has made the bench five times.
