Tosin Kehinde Becomes A Free Agent But Still In Talks With Manchester United
Published: July 02, 2018Nigerian starlet Tosin Kehinde is no longer on the books of Manchester United following the expiration of his contract with the Premier League powerhouse on June 30.
Representatives of the midfielder claim that the likes of Barcelona, Fenerbahce, Anderlecht, Villarreal, Red Bull Salzburg, Atlético de Madrid, AIK Fotboll plus teams in the Netherlands and Belgium are exploring ways to sign the player.
However, it is known that there's nothing concrete at the moment and Kehinde's minders are only using the unconfirmed interests from foreign clubs as a bargaining chip in their ongoing talks with Manchester United.
Providing an update on the situation of the Kehinde, a source told Manchester Evening News : ''Tosin is prepared to take his time with potential suitors and United
maintain the opinion that he should stay.
''They believe he has potential
and should develop further before going into the first team.''
It is claimed that United offered Tosin Kehinde a fresh two-year contract.
