The former Chelsea and Liverpool wonderkid was in action for 81 minutes, Everton's Ademola Lookman was introduced at the same time, while Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori watched proceedings from the bench.
Uduokhai went the distance for the Germans; teammates Emmanuel Iyoha and Lukas Nmecha were introduced in the 59th minute, while Hertha Berlin's Jordan Torunarigha was not in the match day squad after suffering an injury while on international duty. It was Nmecha's debut for Germany's U21s.
England U19s have missed out on a European Under-19 Championship spot after they were held to a 2-2 draw by Denmark atĀ St George's Park.
Arsenal's Bukayo Saka started and was in action for 74 minutes, Manchester City's Felix Nmecha impressed after coming off the bench in the 46th minute.
