Nigeria International Center Back On Target As Real Madrid-Owned Team Win Seven-Goal Thriller
Published: February 03, 2020Nigeria international center back Osinachi Ohale was on target as Real Madrid-owned team, CD Tacon beat Madrid CFF in a Spanish Primera División Femenina clash staged at Estadio Municipal Nuevo Matapiñonera (San Sebastián de los Reyes) on Sunday afternoon, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
Former Super Falcons captain Rita Chikwelu started for the home team and got on the scoresheet for the third game in a row.
Valeria and Geyse's goals were cancelled out by Tacon duo Jakobsson and Asllani, before Chikwelu made it 3-2 on 65 minutes.
Ohale scored to bring CD Tacon level in the 76th minute, then Esther Martín-Pozuelo scored the game-winning goal with four minutes left on the clock.
In her post match comments, Ohale was pleased with the win : "It was a very tough game, we knew it from the beginning that it was going to be tough. We tried to stay calm and give it our best.
"At the end of the day our work paid off and we are happy we won today. We needed it because it was very important to win this game."

Ohale's other goal for CD Tacon in the league was against Sevilla on January 4.
