'We Are Now Used To Seeing Him Do The Rest' - Aubameyang Hails Arsenal Assist King Saka
Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has hailed Bukayo Saka for his creativity ahead of this evening's Premier League clash against newly-crowned champions Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.

The Hale End Academy product is Arsenal's assist king so far this season, having provided 12 assists in 36 games across all competitions with Aubameyang benefiting from three - against Eintracht Frankfurt, Manchester United and Leicester City.

Writing in the matchday programme ahead of the visit of Liverpool, the Gabon star highlighted that he combined well with Saka and Lacazette in their last home game against Leicester City but they were unlucky not to claim all three points.

"We were disappointed that we couldn't get more out of the game against Leicester in our last home game, especially after we played so well in the first half," Aubameyang said, according to arsenal.com.

"Once we took the lead we looked really dangerous going forward - I thought Bukayo, myself and Laca were combining well on the ball and we could have scored more.

"You could see how well the team was working for my goal. Dani played a great pass to Bukayo and we are now used to seeing him do the rest! He beat his player and I just needed to be on the end of his pass.

"I've seen it again on TV and the pass was so good that Laca was celebrating before I even kicked it."

One of the most experienced players in the Gunners squad, Aubameyang is delighted to play alongside young players full of energy such as Saka.

"It's another assist for Bukayo and it's great for us experienced guys to be alongside all these good young players that we have now.

"I'm really happy to have them with us, because it's really fun playing alongside players with that energy," he added.

In the reverse fixture at Anfield last August, Saka was not included in Arsenal's matchday squad, but went the distance when they lost to the Reds on penalties in the League Cup two months later.
