Two Premier League Clubs Including Tottenham Planning To Hijack Napoli's Move For Osimhen
Published: July 15, 2020Victor Osimhen's proposed move to Napoli earlier thought to be on the verge of collapse is back on track, with the Italian Serie A club confident of finalizing the transfer before the end of this week.
Whatever problems occurred during negotiations earlier this month have been sorted out after the Lille striker switched agents.
However, there is a new development, with reports suggesting that two Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, are planning to hijack Napoli's move for the Nigeria national-teamer.
The information comes from RMC Editor Mohamed Bouhafsi who has also tweeted that the Naples side remain in pole position to secure the signature of the Super Eagles star.
Other Premier League clubs linked with a move for Osimhen are Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and Liverpool.
Napoli have dangled a five-year deal in front of the former Wolfsburg starlet, who had a banner debut season in France, scoring 18 goals in all competitions.
